The phrase "Hang in There" makes me think of that cat poster that was always in your Guidance counselor's office.

But the key to this phrase is the word "Hang", because sometimes, when you're beaten down, or tired, or ready to give up, you need to recognize that it's not time to climb. Sometimes you just gotta focus your energy on not letting go.

So just hold on for a while until you refresh, then climb again.
